Because of this, many people have come to believe that emotions are harmful and damaging. We have been convinced that emotions must be blocked in both our personal and professional lives Nothing could be further from the truth.
Emotions play a vital role in our personal and professional lives. Learning how to recognize and control our emotions and benefit from them is important.

This workshop will present the following:

What is special about Emotional Intelligence?
Examples of how lack or loss of Emotional Intelligence “ruined” lives.
Benefits of Emotional Intelligence.
After this short workshop, attendees will understand the concepts of Emotional Intelligence and its value in their personal and professional lives.
Improving Emotional Intelligence
This full day, in-depth workshop/seminar builds on the Introduction to Emotional Intelligence workshop.

Morning Session

Takes an in-depth examination at the information covered in the Introduction to Emotional Intelligence presentation.

We will look at some challenging situations and analyze different ways in which the issues might be addressed.


Afternoon Session

Review and analyze “Case studies” of dealing with difficult situations and how principles of Emotional Intelligence impact resolution.
