Dr. Michael L Schwartz, DBA, PE, PMP, is a former engineer who has transitioned to a trainer and instructor in people skills, such as leadership, dealing with difficult people, and emotional intelligence.
Originally from New York City, Michael moved to the Detroit area by way of Indiana.
He has worked in ground vehicles and equipment for civilian and defense applications.
Having held numerous positions at different levels of the corporate pyramid, Michael had concluded, as he states: “Issues in programs and projects are not from a lack of technical talent; they are from people’s inability to work and play well together.”
His training focuses on people skills to help professionals deal with these issues.
Michael also writes in both fiction and non-fiction.
