Difficult People

Introduction to Understanding Difficult People

Have you ever tried to deal with someone and left feeling frustrated, or angry, or upset?

After dealing with a difficult (hard to get along with) person, have you ever experienced any of the following thoughts?

  • He’s a real pain.

  • He’s impossible to talk to.

  • She’s so damn unreasonable.

  • She’s impossible to understand.

  • I just don’t understand what is going on with them.

  • Can’t they understand plain language?

  • Why don’t they just talk in plain language?

  • And on and on and on …

Would you like to understand why some people bring out those thoughts?

Would you like to know how to deal with the people who cause those thoughts?

This workshop will present the following:

Characteristics & impacts of “Difficult People”

Tactics for Working with “Difficult People”

Why others might consider us to be “difficult.”

How to De-stress after dealing with “Difficult People.”

In this brief workshop you will gain some understanding of why some people may seem “difficult” and how to effectively deal with them.
