This workshop content may reference one or more psychological, emotional, mental, and physical health issues.

Some of these issues, such as Depression and Anxiety, are real emotional issues that can be quite serious if left unattended.

These are some, but not all, conditions that may lead to negative attitudes and behaviors.

I am not in a position to recommend any specific individual. The decision of whether to seek medical or mental health advice and whom to seek it from is up to you. No one can decide for you.
