Unintended Consequences

As a child and as an adult, I would sometimes do something that did not turn out the way I expected. Or, there would be some result I had not expected or intended. I strongly suspect that I am not the only person this has happened to. The fact is, there have been many instances throughout history where even the best of intentions went horribly wrong. 

​

This presentation will attempt to show some of these well-intended efforts that resulted in failures in an attempt to show how important it is to fully "flesh out" all of the possible ramifications, positive and negative, prior to taking any action.
