Having conflict is not necessarily a bad situation. Conflict is merely the condition that exists when two, or more, people disagree. As such, conflict can result in positive as well as negative outcomes. It is a matter of identifying the actual, underlying reason for the conflict and how the conflict is handled (managed).
The course(s) described on this page will illustrate how to, first, determine the underlying (real) reason for the conflict. And, then how to manage conflict to mitigate negative outcomes and escalate the positive outcomes.
