Michael L Schwartz, President of Positive Concepts, Inc. has the experience, training, and education to assist your staff in all aspects of Project Management and Project Leadership. In addition to Project Management Professional Certification, and Professional Engineer Registration, Michael’s has had a wide variety of past experience which includes all aspects of Product Development, including Requirements Development, Research and Development, Product Design, Product Testing, Product Validation, and Production Launch. Michael has successfully led small co-located teams as well as very large, geographically dispersed teams.

Michael’s combination of education, certifications, and varied experiences, put him in a position different from many Project Managers. Michael has worked with all levels of corporate structure, from hourly union manufacturing and assembly plant workers to management and executive level. Michael has also worked with the military counterparts of these civilian personnel. Michael has nurtured his ability to speak with all hierarchical levels within an organization, as well with all functional positions. This allows for his providing an overall systems perspective where solutions can be optimized across your organization.
