 Primal Leadership: Realizing the Power of Emotional Intelligence

Why is it that some people with a supposedly high intelligence do not succeed to the same level as others with the same or lower intelligence? Maybe something is being missed about what we consider “intelligence”. Maybe there are different types of intelligences? Can your brain be “reprogrammed” so you re-learn how to deal with people? Maybe re-learning how to deal with people is the real factor in achieving success.

 Insights on Leadership

Does the leader exist to serve the followers? Or, do the followers exist to serve the leader? If the leader serves the followers, does that put the leader in a position of weakness and lower ability to lead? Or, is the fact that the leader looks after the needs of the followers make the followers more likely to willingly go along?

 Leading Change

Change is the only constant in business. How “Leaders” deal with change will determine if a business remains successful or fails. There is no status quo.
